Laura’s classes offer the perfect balance between mind and body. Her flows are powerful and strong but with modifications for when I want to take things a little easier. If you’re someone who maybe feels yoga isn’t a challenge then Laura’s classes will certainly prove you wrong, however, if you’re someone looking for a more gentle flow – then all you need to do is say and she always tailors the experience to what the body is calling for.

From the very first yoga session with Laura I felt like i understood yoga for the first time my body flowed into new positions like never before I connected to my mind and body! I completed the 7 Charka Yin yoga and it opened me up into new feelings lots of body tension released. Laura explains everything so clearly and really brings you into the practice in a powerful way .All my chakras opened and each session brought me something new and incredibly relaxed afterwards. I recently started again with weekly yoga, having enjoyed some “in–person” weekly sessions over 10 years ago.This time it’s on-line with Laura and I have found it highly enjoyable. The instruction is very clearand because it’s on-line, I’ve been surprised how this still means that you push yourself to follow the instruction carefully and get the positions.Laura always makes it clear that there are many variations available and this ensures the sessions are truly for anyone of any level.The sessions are different each time which keeps things interesting. Highly recommended.

I do Laura’s Yin Yoga classes and I absolutely love them. She is SO passionate about her students, her teaching and what she offers. She is very easy going, offering ever so relaxing hourly sessions always covering your wants & needs. I always finish the class full of excitement for the next one. I was lucky enough to have a yoga class with Laura in Spain and it was the most peaceful yoga class I’ve ever had. She is very patient and understanding. I really appreciated that she gave variations for some of the more difficult poses.
