My passion for swimming, shaped by years of yoga practice and facilitating, has led me to cultivate this safe, welcoming space where you (or your child!) can build confidence, develop skills, and embrace a holistic approach to your journey. I am a fairly confident swimmer but Laura tweaked my strokes in such important ways, I wish I'd had lessons years ago! Not to mention all the info she imparted about safe swimming, tides, how to get in to the water etc. Laura is also very professional and generous with time, considering the whole ceremony of getting in and out of gear.
